1. Check whether the power supply voltage is consistent with the operating voltage of the machine, check whether the wire head is firm and whether the grounding is good.
2. Insert the plug into the power socket when starting up, and press the switch.
3. Check the machine before use, remove the dirt in the machine, add appropriate amount of cooking oil to the pressing roller and dough scraper end, and add solid lubricating oil (butter) to the gears and bearings regularly.

Therefore, users can adjust the thickness according to their own requirements.
6. Cutting operation: adjust the gap between the pressing roller according to the required thickness of the noodles, install the rolling dough scraper, start the machine, and introduce the blank into the cutting device to cut the noodles.
7. When pressing the surface, if the pressed surface block is partially bent and the surface is not smooth, the reason may be:
A, the mixing cylinder scraper under the pressing roller has dry and hard flour, which should be stopped for cleaning.
B, the pressing roller and the mixing cylinder knife are not close enough, resulting in flour sticking on the pressing roller, which should be stopped for adjustment. Adjustment method: remove the front rolling cutter, see the roller and scraper, and check whether the place where the roller scraper and the pressing roller are close to is smooth and smooth. If any uneven place is found, remove it and polish it with fine sand paper until it is smooth and smooth. After cleaning it, put the front pressure roller back and coat it with cooking oil. Use adjustable screws to debug whether the pressure roller has resilience back and forth.
