2. How can we guarantee quality?

We check every process from raw materials to finished products to make sure they are of good quality, all goods were 100% tested before packing, Our own inspectors check every order in our warehouse before shipment.

3. Can you provide the sample?

Yes, we can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock. Customers are required to pay the sample cost and the courier cost. (Sample cost can be refunded in regular orders.)

For standard products, sample time around 3-5 days,

For customized products, we will send you confirmation letters of relevant drawings, process and appearance requirements, and sample time around 5-10 days.

4. Can you produce the product as our sample?
Yes, we have our own R&D department, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

5. Can you show our LOGO on the package?

Yes, we accept OEM, ODM, Usually the customization is based on MOQ 1000pcs, If less than MOQ will have extra cost.
